Fresh, delicious, filling and healthy!
BREAKFAST IN A GLASS
Yield 1 serving
- 1 non-dairy yogurt
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup cereal flakes (I used buckwheat flakes but you can use corn flakes, spelt flakes…)
- 1/4 cup puffed quinoa
- Optional: cacao nibs for topping (skip for low-fat version)
- Place first yogurt, then flakes, fruit, quinoa, yogurt and again fruit. Just be creative 🙂 Enjoy!
